Although Rene' Pierre tables are durable, fairly heavy, and extremely good looking; they are still considered a finesse' table. In the foosball world they are known as "lightweight" tables. Althouth they weigh over 150lbs, the style of play on them is not a rough, America-like style. The game is much more control and touch. TSG does not encourage those who have never seen or played a Rene' Pierre to purchase one because they will most likely not get what they are expecting. Leave it to the veterens of Rene' Pierre to own these tables. Oh yeah, even the instructions are in French!
